INSURANCE:
We recommend that your take out comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage and money cover, before you travel.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The company and its agents act only as agents of the company or person making the safari in all matters relating to accommodation, touring and transport whether by road, rail, aircraft, coach, boat or by any other means. The company shall not be liable for death, injury, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.

Bookings and cancellations:
Names of all participants of the safari must be submitted at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only when a 25% non-refundable deposit has been received by Sunpath Safaris (pvt) ltd. All safaris are to be fully paid no later than 45 days prior to departure. Provisional bookings can only be held up to 45 days before the safari, at which point they can be cancelled at no notice to the client. Cancellation must be made in writing. On safaris cancelled more than 45 days prior to departure, the 25% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation 21-45 days notice a 50% tour charge will be levied. 0-21 day notice cancellations a 100% tour charge will be levied. No refunds will be given in the event of no shows or where a person leaves a safari before its due end, or if a safari ends before its due date.

Wild animals:
Please be aware that your sunpath safari will take you into close contact with wild animals. Attacks by wild animals are rare, but no safari in the african wilderness can guarantee that this will not occur. Neither the company, nor their employees, nor agents can be held responsible for any injury, incident, death or illness which may occur on our safaris or as a consequence thereof.
